Ingredients
Meaty Jalapeno Cheese Dip
Instructions
- Prep and gather all the ingredients. Mince the jalapeno, shred the cheeses and measure the milk.
- Add the turkey to a bowl along with the salt, garlic powder, chile powder, and sprinkle of MSG. Mix together.
- Set a pan over medium heat with the neutral oil. Once hot, add the jalapeno and cumin seeds and toast while stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the seasoned ground turkey and start to cook. Use a potato masher to break apart the meat into tiny little pieces.
- Once the meat is browned and cooked through, add the evaporated milk and bring it to a simmer. Turn off the heat and toss in the cheeses. Stir until the cheese has melted. Adjust the consistency with more cheese or evaporated milk.
- Serve with chips or make nachos!

Jalapenos + Filling
Crumb Topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Add the cream cheese, chili powder, crushed garlic, and lime juice to a bowl and mix them all together.
- To prep the jalapenos, slice off the stems, cut in half, and remove the seeds with a spoon.
- Slather the cream cheese mixture into the halved jalapenos, then put them in a 400-degree oven for about ten minutes.
- While the jalapenos are baking, assemble the crunchy topping. To a bowl, add adobo sauce, cayenne powder, msg, and oil then toss with the panko.
- Once the jalapenos are cooked, take them out, sprinkle the panko spice mixture on top of the cooked jalapenos, place them under the broiler for just two minutes, and be careful not to burn.
- Once the topping is nice a crispy, take the poppers out from under the broiler, plate them up and enjoy.
