Fermented Cranberry Relish
Recipe
Ingredients:
100 g fermented cranberries, minced
2 g fresh parsley, minced
2 g fresh thyme, minced
(~5 g ) 1 clove garlic, minced
Olive oil to mix
Salt + Pepper to taste
Method:
Gather and finely mince all the ingredients. Combine them in a bowl.
Drizzle in olive oil and mix together.
Taste it, season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve over grilled / braised meats, roasted vegetables, etc.
