Fermented Cranberry Relish

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 g fermented cranberries, minced

  • 2 g fresh parsley, minced

  • 2 g fresh thyme, minced

  • (~5 g ) 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Olive oil to mix

  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Gather and finely mince all the ingredients. Combine them in a bowl.

  2. Drizzle in olive oil and mix together.

  3. Taste it, season with salt and pepper as needed.

  4. Serve over grilled / braised meats, roasted vegetables, etc.
